SV4001 Panoramic 3D Sonar

The SV4001 3D scanning sonar is a full-scene scanning 3D imaging sonar, primarily used for scanning the 3D contours of stationary objects in the water column. It features low cost, small size, light weight, and low power consumption. Thanks to the oil-filled sealed structure with no external rotating parts, it eliminates the risk of sediment jamming bearings and entanglement with seaweed or fishing lines.

The SV4001 operates using a single-beam, two-axis scanning method, constructing intensity images and point clouds of the scene from echoes at each position. The θ-axis scan covers a full 360°, while the φ-axis scan covers 0° to 108°, enabling coverage of the entire water column. The scanning range, speed, and resolution are all configurable via software. The software simultaneously displays 2D grayscale images and 3D point clouds of the scene, along with a layer display function.

The SV4001 sonar is available in three frequency options: 750kHz, 1MHz, and 1.2MHz. Other frequencies can be customized. Standard models have a maximum operating depth of 300m. For deeper depth requirements, please contact our company.
